Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened sterile products
• Customized items
• Special-order products
• Products damaged through misuse

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method after inspection of the returned products.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
